Kings and Cobras is a sweeping martial-arts epic set in 340 B.C.E. South India, during the rise of the Nanda Empire and the looming invasion of Alexander the Great. Against this turbulent backdrop, a secretive warrior society known as the Kalari Clans defends the land under the sacred Kalari Code — a blend of philosophy, medicine, and lethal artistry. Among these clans, none are more feared than the Cobras, whose members are marked by ritual serpent bites and wield the mythical urumi, a whip-like sword that kills with a single swing.
